The piece completes the set and its only on close observation that someone would note the difference and the playing experience is far less annoying than playing with an obviously odd piece

Perfect replacement!
This was so similar to the missing pawn from our 40 year old set, just what we needed! Pawn is weighted and has a nice felt bottom.

Nice replacement piece
Not a perfect match, but pretty darn close after it was painted. would be great if they offered a plain weighted wooden replacement that could be more closely matched with a good paint/ stain job. Prompt delivery. Piece was exactly as described. Thank you.
