I have gone through many steamers and this is by far my favorite. With others, I’ve had to use a towel over my head to contain the steam. However, the steam on this one gives a strong mist. I love that you can switch to cool air at the end of the steam. My face feels so rejuvenated afterwards. The area where you can add essential oil is set up so that the oil does not mix with the water so I don’t have to worry about clogging.

I had this product less than an year and it just stopped working. So bumped and disappointed. I can’t even return it because the window is closed. Avoid it spending your money on this one!!!!Update:After they saw my review they contacted me right away. They sent me a new one because there was a one year warranty which I didn’t know about loll. The new one came really quick. And their costumer service is amazing. So if you are planning to get this one , i definitely recommend. They have a 1 year warranty and amazing and quick costumer service. The product itself is amazing too. I really like that it has a separate chamber for essential oils (main reason I bought) and it has options for both hot and cold. It’s also not that huge , so it’s easy to place it anywhere.

My daughter has respiratory issues and gets croup a lot. The dr always suggests going back and forth between steam from the shower and sticking her head in the freezer for the cold air. Saw this with both steam and cold and gave it a try. It works for us! So much easier to let her stay and bed and do this vs moving all around the house.

The extraction tools that came with it I found to be a bit intimidating so I don’t use them, but man is this the best little steamer ever! LOOOOVEE the essential oil basket. You can also use dry herbs in it. Impressed with the power on this thing too. No regrets on this purchase.

Hi! Mine had trouble producing steam after 3 uses. Before returning I left it upside down over a bowl for 24 hours to let the water drain and the unit dry. Produces steam fine now :)

I bought this for my mobile business. I probably used it not even 10 times, and now it doesn't give out warm steam. only cold. The manual is not helpful at all, it only says "the machine doesn't give any steam: there's no more water in the tank. Duh. but the problem is, the steam is cold, it really just is a mist. Do no t waste your money. I'm sure they're all crap, since they're made in china, but this one crapped out at 10 uses tops. Look for a different one.

Using this the first time, it paid for itself (actually it was cheaper than a Salon facial). It worked just as well as any facial salon steamer that I have experienced. The only draw back is that you have to do it yourself….the upside you can use your preferred brand of products and do your facial on your schedule. It actually saves time, as you don’t have to drive to and back from the salon. I really like the included brush; use it daily. I highly recommend this facial steamer.
