Been taking these for only a month but my blood pressure has come down a little. I will keep taking them. (I have too. My high blood pressure is caused by pain and since the government will not let doctors and hospitals treat pain any more, we have to find other means to live with the pain like C B D and others.

I take these beet root capsules for energy prior to exercising or work. The capsules are easy to swallow, and while I don't feel a big change in energy, it does give me a boost. I'm hoping as I continue to take them, my energy level for biking and hiking will be more noticeable. And these capsules are cheaper to buy compared to beet powder.

The pills in the bottle I received smell like mildew. I have been taking them for 10 days but will probably look for something else. I haven't notice any change but it may not be sufficient time.

These pills are awesome! They swallow easily and taste okay. I can feel more blood flow and energy, especially in the morning.
