I thought I was getting the larger size 10 x 11 but the width is around 8 inches on mine. There must be two sizes I wanted a larger size.

Q: Does anyone find that these new wide straps rub your shirt and actually damages it?

Yes. :( The Baggallini crossbody straps seem to be a bit rough on the edges. I have pilled the side/hip area of several shirts. The edge of the strap also rubs my neck and causes irritation if I wear it for extended periods. Love the bags, hate the straps.

Q: Question for seller/manufacturer: is there a trick to keeping the straps together, and not twisted?

No way to keep them untwisted. That is my HUGE gripe with this bag. It is the design of the strap. It does get twisted, then you have to try and untwist it and it is a nightmare. For that reason, I do not think I will be using mine anymore. Manufacturer needs to redesign this strap!!!

Q: Does it hold 16oz bottle?

No. Only option would be to use a carabiner to hang it off one of the handles.
