These work well but do not have anything included to stick them to your shoes. I have had to use super glue. However, using 2 of the 3 gives me the approximately 1/2” I need to even my gait.

After Achillies tendon reconstruction I needed lifts in my boot and shoe. I'm able to peel off a layer each week. It was important to get two sets because even though my right leg was not affected, I needed my hips to be even. Wearing them at the same level in both shoes helped save my lower back.

Heel lifts are larger than I expected. If you separate them, they stick to your shoes intersole, so when you take it out of the shoe, it completely pulls the shoes intersole out of the shoe.

I like the added comfort of the heel lifts in my shoes. I purchased these heel lifts at the suggestion of my orthopedic doctor to help with the pain of a bone spur on the heel of one of my feet. I ordered the product and put them in my shoes and felt instant relief! I They really do help to relieve foot pain and also make your shoes feel more comfortable to wear. I ordered a few more pairs of the heel lifts so that I could wear them in more than one pair of shoes so that I would not have to take them out of one pair and put them in another pair. They really work! I will order more as needed and recommend to others.

These black inserts were just what I was looking for: to pace in the left shoe of several pairs of sandals, as since an operation on my right leg, it had stretched about 13 mm longer than the untouched left leg. As the soles of the sandals are black I looked for all-black inserts. I cannot say how good the adhesion was by itself, as it felt pretty dry to me, because I used Superglue to attach the inserts in each sandal that I used (i.e. two pairs of sandals that got tailor-made for my different leg). I could not take the chance that they might glide as the sandals have only a strap around the heel. But the inserts consist each of 3 layers that can be separated if the 3 layers together are just a tad too high. I plan to walk on them in my house to see if I need to adjust these, but if not, then I shall squeeze some more glue between the layers and that will be that.

Good product but a little hard to separate if you need to create a lower level. Comfortable in shoes.
