Our bunny is not eating it like the other cages I bought in the past.
The absolute best bunny cage I have ever bought! Extremely sturdy, easy to clean and looks beautiful in our spare bedroom!!

When I opened the box, pieces of the hutch fell out.
The planks were cut incorrectly and were falling apart. The planks of wood were very flimsy. The bottom of the hutch was well made. When I contacted Amazon, they immediately supported me. They contacted the seller and the seller, at first, told me they'd give me $20.00 to use epoxy or a staple gun to repair the hutch. I responded that I did not want to do this and would like a refund and for them to pick up the huge box off of my front porch. Amazon stepped in and the seller refunded my money and asked me to donate the hutch to a local shelter. Overall, the service I received worked out and I purchased another hutch from Amazon.

Don’t screw it too tight
It’s nice but when you build just build it lose I guess because the trays after time stick out which is annoying af

Not satisfied
Please do not buy this hutch. It is made out of wood so if the bunny urinates, it will saturate the wood, and it is impossible to get the urine smell out. I had the hutch inside the house and all we could smell was urine 24-7. The coating on the second shelf is thin and porous and does not clean well.This hutch is a major disappointment and I'm angry I wasted my money on it.
