Wow!
I purchased this product not knowing what to expect. I saw other reviews and I decided to give it a try. It took me less than 2 minutes to install on the back of my tablet and on the wall. It only took me that long because I wanted to place it as straight as possible.PROS:•Sticks well to any surface. Once you place it it won't come off unless you actually try to remove it. So I don't think the tablet can fall off.•You can place the tablet in horizontal or vertical position.CONS:I can't really thing of any at the moment. I will update if I have any.•Could come with more than 2 wall mounts.

(UPDATE) - iPad Wall-mounted Smart Home Control Center
**(UPDATE)** THIS IS A MODIFICATION OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON ANY TEXTURED SURFACE OR ANY WALL THAT MAY NOT HAVE THE BEST PRIMER & PAINT TO INSURE SUFFICIENT ADHESION OF THE ADHESIVE STRIPS TO THE PAINT, AND THE PAINT ADHERING TO THE WALL. OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE A BROKEN IPAD -*-Otherwise, this is a good product as long as you follow their instructions AND My Advice Above. -*-

I'm using it on a slightly texture wall which is not recommended. It's holding my iPad 2 well
Does it's job. I'm using it on a slightly textured wall which is not recommended. It's holding my iPad 2 well. Be careful to get the pads straight as it's a one-shot deal. I would prefer it if the iPad was exactly vertical once hung but it will slightly lean forward. I cured this by sticking two small, clear round pads on the bottom rear of the iPad. Of course that precludes me from easily rotating the iPad and hanging the other way. Also, the iPad can still 'swing' very slightly sideways but it's minor.Decent product but I feel it should be more like $10.

Definitely do NOT buy.
quite possibly the worst product I ever bought from Amazon.So... it installs super easy as described, but the installation is the only thing that is good.Cons:- Putting the iPad back into a slot if it's removed is super tricky because the panel that goes on the wall is really flush with the wall and you're not really able to see if you're aligning it well with the tab.- It does remove paint from the wall- your iPad will rock when you touch the home button or any of the sides.- Definitely too expensive especially considering all the cons about it.

Love it makes my man cave even cooler
The media could not be loaded. Really easy to use. They included two hooks for it so you can hang it pretty much anywhere. You do have to place the mounting unit on the back of your tablet. And once it's there it's probably not coming off. But other than that this is an awesome and cheap way to mount your tablet.

The original lasted for five+ years; this one will not
UPDATE 6/21: Now in use for almost two years, rating lowered from five stars to three. There haven't been any problems with the mount staying attached to the wall or tablet. But the much thinner plastic on the PadTab 2, compared to the original, make it a constant struggle to fit the tablet back into the mount when you go to replace it. That leads to the second problem: as I'd guessed, the edges of thin, brittle plastic on the tablet half have started to chip off from the regular process of jiggling it back into the holster, so the entire mount will soon require replacement. This version of PadTab is on its way out after two years and it's always been a bit of a pain; the original version lasted five.PREVIOUS 8/19: I bought the original PadTab to wall-mount the tablet that controls our digital music library and sound system. That PadTab stuck to the (ceramic tile) wall and tablet during more than five years of everyday use, until finally the edges of the plastic on the tablet and wall interlocking plates started to chip off and make the mount less secure; time for replacement! This PadTab2 appears to be identical to the original in size, design and adhesive mount, which gives it a strong recommendation. But it's made from a lighter-weight plastic; that gives me some cause for concern about its durability, since the plastic integrity was what eventually caused the first one to fail. But for now, this is definitely my go-to device to keep a tablet securely mounted to a wall, and easily removed as needed.

Expensive but best adhesive mount available!
Kinda expensive (Also had these shipped to Japan) but probably the only mount on the market that has the lowest profile and clean look. Easy setup and my iPad mini was up on my steel front door in less than 10 minutes. I was worried at first about it breaking/tearing off but I've had this for about 3 months and I take down my iPad once every 5-6 days to charge it and hang it back on the next day without issues.

Excellent wall mount system
This the best wall mount system I've ever seen and used. Unlike the description is it perfectly compatible with other tablets than the Apple iPads! I am using it with a Samsung tablet! Also while definitively strong enough to hold your tablet on the wall, the mounts are indeed removable from tiles if you feel like mounting the tablet somewhere else. It is expensive but it worth it.
