Less than a month old, never abused, and now the level 2 setting (low) does not work. the display reads "lv.2", but there's no light. help?

Same problem I had. There's a small circuit for modes, display etc. that is a small drain but in my case killed the battery in about 3 weeks. Would need charging weekly to be reliable. Returned unit.

It’s not clear, but does it come with usb cable for charging?
