Great buy and now I can watch my older Hallmark movies whenever I want

I bought this set just for Christmas at Holly Lodge. The other movie is standard for Hallmark, their typical romance that is based on their typical formula, used for all of their romance movies, in fact, they probably time the events/plot devices as to when they need to happen (like the attempted first kiss that gets interrupted). The irony with Christmas Next Door is that it features an author with writer’s block who writes nothing but formulaic novels and they are starting to get stale. I’d give that movie three stars and the second movie, the one that I wanted, a solid five stars.

I hate the. Ew Hallmark strategy of. Bundling movies. I had to pay for a movie I did not want to get the Christmas at Holy Lodge movie. How very Communistic of them.

Love both of these Hallmark stories and decided to just buy them. Seems like I like the older stories and they don’t make it to the screen as newer movies are aired, wish I had bought some old ones that aren’t aired anymore.

I wish I could’ve just bought the one movie, but I could not find the movie without the other one. The price was a little high because you had to pay for the other movie and basically they threw in the other one. But it works so my handicap on is happy
