Q: Is this 60% alcohol on these wipes?

I just called them. 39.5% isopropyl alcohol. Somewhat effective but not COVID preventive!

Q: Are these wipes safe on antireflective coatings?

I don't think they are. I bought these 2 years ago and during that time, my lenses which are antireflective and have blue light blocking somehow get scratched in the same spot every time. I end up having to get replacement lenses three times a year. I just picked up a new set of lenses and this time I am not going to use these wipes but have bought another brand.

Q: If these have only isopropyl alcohol in them, how are they different from alcohol prep pads?

Alcohol prep pads typically use 70% isopropyl alcohol / 30% water. The water helps the cells absorb the alcohol which kills protiens. (Disinfectant). This water causes streaking when used for cleaning. (Taking a guess here.) These cleaning pads likely use less water in their isopropyl alcohol / isopropanol formula and a surfactant to aide that streak free claim. Isopropyl alcohol of 99% is often used for cleaning oils and and quickly evaporates. This would be a better surface cleaner and the low water content is safer for electronics.
