Delicious, crunchy, healthy snack choice!
The Only Bean's delicious, healthy, protein-rich and crunchy roasted edamame are great any time, whether as a snack in the car, watching a movie, or hiking your favorite trail! Edamame (soy beans) are a great little bean for anyone, but for me as a diabetic, they're an especially good choice as they don't spike my blood sugar and are a great protein source. These Ranch-flavored ones are a favorite with that tangy, salty seasoning on them that we all love so much, and the crispy crunch is so satisfying, making me not even want chips! I keep them in my car to help keep me from a fast food joint when I'm feeling that hunger hitting me. After buying the three-flavor assortment, I chose to go for another order of just the Ranch as they were my favorite (and no matter how much I really want to like anything with chili or any kind of heat, I just can't handle it, dang it). So, the ten bags are now in the car (well, far less as of this writing)! I like these so much that I went ahead and subscribed to save some money while keeping my healthy, delicious snack craving satisfied for as long as I want!

Delicious and nutritious!
Delicious and nutritious! These are a goto snack when I need some protein to carry me through. Very satisfying and crunchy with just the right amount of salt. Caution: don’t overdo as they are also an excellent source of fiber and can really get things moving in your digestive tract. Enjoy!

Satisfying and Delish!!
I read other reviews and was looking for a healthy snack. Yes, they are dry until you acquire a taste for them, but I must say they satisfy me more than my little bag of pretzels and MUCH healthier and filling! They also help with regularity and satisfy my need for a snack. It's amazing how many are in each bag. I'm sold and look forward to this treat each day.

Good, but make sure to have your water!
The Only Bean Crunchy Dry Roasted Edamame (Sea Salt) has become one of my favorite high‑protein snacks because it delivers the crunch I want without the heaviness of nuts or the blandness of most “healthy” snacks. The flavor is simple but satisfying—just enough sea salt to make it addictive without feeling over‑seasoned. Compared to roasted chickpeas, these are way crunchier and don’t get chalky. And unlike almonds or cashews, they’re lighter and easier to snack on without feeling weighed down. If you want something that’s clean, crunchy, and actually filling, this is one of the few snacks that checks every box. They did leave me very thirsty!

Healthy crunchy, protein & fiber-laden snack, DELICIOUS.
Really delicious. We like the taste of these dry-roasted, lightly salted Edamame snacks (shelled). We keep them stocked in our pantry. They are good to eat per snack bag for their: 100 low calories, 11g of protein, 4g of fiber, 150mg sea salt, no added sugar, 0 cholesterol, and calcium, iron, and magnesium. We sprinkle in salads, on dishes for crunch and extra protein - adds all the salt we need, too. We throw a snack bag in our gym bags, backpacks, my purse, and take some while we are out-and-about. Photos show the 10-bag box (we keep in pantry) and what a serving portion looks like (the whole bag). They are a great value, and we always have some on hand.

Tasty on the go snack
These are such a great snack to have in my purse. They have a great taste and crunchy texture. I love that they are high in protein. They are a lifesaver if I am out and about and suddenly get hungry. I like the sturdy packaging and size. I wish they weren't quite so pricy, but they're worth it to me.
