This listing doesn't have the foam ring. The coin is centered in the capsule but the outside diameter is larger than the coin. This is the only style without the foam ring that Air-Tite has available. Q: can you open it once sealed?

I opened one that had a piece of dust closed on a coin by using a very sharp knife along where it sealed close. It helps if you look closely at how an empty one closes.

Q: Will it hold a 32.2mm x 2mm coin?

These coin protectors hold standard 1 troy ounce coins like the US gold eagle and the SA Kugarand. Look at the dimensions of those coins and you shall have your answer. You can fit coins smaller / thinner, but will need a spacer to avoid the coin from bouncing around.

These are great

These are great coin holders. They fit the coins snugly without moving around inside the holder. They are very secure and do not come apart easily after being closed. They are clear and were packaged very well.

These coin holders fit 1 oz. Gold American Eagles and 1 oz. Krugerrands nicely. Easy to use. Very nice, clear plastic. Tight slip fit.The sets I ordered have 10 complete coin cases in each unit. Some reviewers seem to be numerically challenged in claiming there are only 5 cases?
