Love it. Helps with pain. Has an inner gripper gel on the top and bottom which is slightly sticky that prevents roll down. The inner ring isn’t too firm that it is uncomfortable to wear (I have tried on 4 supports at this point). The side supports move easily with the sleeve. Most importantly I went from limping to walking after several tendon strains and meniscal tear after a swift turn/fall. Bad stuff is minor: it doesn’t sit perfect on my knee cap (my cap is too big?) and it bunches behind the knee and I have to adjust it down sometimes. I got a 3 x and that should have been tight for me as I have big legs, but it ended up being perfect size, so size may be a tad bigger than expected. I was happy it could accommodate my thigh size without giving up support at the knee. Bravo. Best so far! I hope it holds up. There is no Velcro, you fold the thigh part over and slide it on then unfold the thigh part upwards so the gripper doesn’t grip before ya need it to, it just slips on. I do not know how it would do for those with leg hair.

I work in a warehouse and have to do a lot walking/squatting/lunging. I've been looking for a sleeve that gives my knees a little support and I'm happy to report that these do the job perfectly! The flexible bars on the sides give me just enough support where my knees aren't crying at the end of the day. And it feels like I have a little pep in my step because of them. I also love that these don't slip down and are super breathable . 10/10 would recommend!

This is a very comfortable feeling knee brace, the one thing I have against it is that it rolls from the top. My other knee pads don’t do that and this is more expensive.

Tore my right meniscus doing cleanup after Hurricane Irma several years ago which has plagued me for years. When the pain reached a level I couldn't really bear I went in search of some relief. I found it with this brace.We are renovating a condo in Florida with new countertops, new plumbing fixtures, new paint, newer furniture, and all the exertion that goes with that. At the tender ae of seventy I have a new lease on my knee's life. I alternate between ice, DMSO cream, and this brace to get me through the day. It's working so well I just ordered another brace for my left knee! Measure per instructions and buy with confidence from an AMERICAN company !

I had ordered a different knee sleeve after a fall about a week before our vacation, but it was very late. So I quickly ordered this one, which got here immediately, so I was happy about that. I put this sleeve on and felt relief right away. It stayed up, but……only for 4 days. After that it was around my ankle constantly, so I just threw it away. So, for 4 days of my 2 week Florida vacation, my knee felt great, but that was not quite long enough, unfortunately.

Love it! I had torn ACL and tore both meniscus. Purchased this about 5 months post surgery, as I plan to be more active during summer months. I'm still struggling with a little of swelling and it's a very slow recovery. I already had a full leg compression sleeve, and the doctor recommended sleeve, but in my opinion this gives much more structure, and really helps cut down swelling and aches. Stays in place well, and I really like the cushion around the knee. I'm not really worried about it slipping anymore, but it gives my peace of mind. I can't really kneel yet anyway, but I'm trying to, so this helps soften the blow.

I have been having extreme knee pain walking less than two miles on a flat surface. In reading the reviews this looked like a good option for a knee sleeve. I cannot believe how good my knee feels wearing this sleeve. It has just enough support that you don't feel like you have heavy side control rods. The circle knee insert really helps to stabilize the knee while still feeling comfortable. Another great feature the sleeve doesn't slip down after several hours of wear. If you have knee pain this is the product for you.

this brace has been great. its good and has been providing great support. i broke my left foot and have been in a non weight bearing cast that has put a lot of stress on my right knee. i real like this knee brace on my right knee. great support
