First delivery was a defective remote that I was able to immediately exchange for another one. The replacement made it 2.5 months and no longer works. Both remotes had same problem where the back button doesn't work. Not the same quality as a LG remote.

Remote was basically broke from the start, wheel was crooked and didn’t work unless you messed with it and that caused all the other buttons to not work.

Every button worked except the "enter" button!
We thought it worked fine until we had to use the return/enter button and nothing happens. Will have to exchange/return.
