Good product
I was very happy with this product because it has 500 MG of content, which is a good dosage to have the beneficial effects required by supplementing your nutritional intake with this. There is a good high number of one a day capsules which means it will last for about three months which I find good value. I saw other products that were much more expensive, but this one I found to be reasonably priced.

Early days. Too early to say. Certainly not bad.
For whatever reason there has been a massive up surge in supplements of late and I'm unapologetically guilty of buying into the trend. This product included. I have yet to feel like I could take on the world but nor have I felt any ill effects. Time will tell. Likely a personal thing but for now I continue to take.
