WATCH for expiration date !
I just ordered the Gelatine fix ( 03/22/2025 ) and it will expire 04/2025 This is NOT what I expected! Do not buy this product if you will not use it ASAP !

It is easy to work with
I have a German Eierliquoer Torte recipe that calls for this product. I used it to make an Eggnog Torte replacing eggnog for the Eierliquoer as they’re of similar consistency and it turned out beautiful!! I used this recipe last year using powdered gelatin but it wasn’t as easy as this stuff!! I’m planning on making one more eggnog torte this season! The Torte was a hit with my Thanksgiving guests!Thanks so much
