Not for making yogurt
I don't speak German so I didn't know this came in sheets. Try as I might, I couldn't get the gelatin sheet to fully melt and you have to have gelatin to make vegan yogurt with coconut milk. I'll take responsibility for buying a product without researching it, but this is just a heads up to non-German speaking people that this isn't the familiar powdered yogurt and might not be effective for your recipe.

This product worked well BUT... the instructions are in GERMAN. Good thing I have a friend who could translate.

Immer noch eine der besten Gelantine. Genau die richtige um Gummibärchen selbst zumachen , löst sich sehr gut auf und klumpt nicht im Vergleich zu anderen die viel Lufteinschlüsse haben.
