Perfect coconut
My mother-in-law makes authentic Australian Lamingtons. McKenzie's coconut works perfectly. It gives the Lamingtons a nice fice "dusting" of coconut. Most US coconut is shredded (although you can find finely shredded) it still not quite as good. Only wish we could get it a better shipping rate (otherwise its a 5 star product).
