This is my go-to creamer for my morning coffee. It even mixes into cold brew with my mini-frother. I appreciate that it is coconut-based for the healthy fats, it tastes good and adds a rich creaminess. I've purchased a lot of Nutricost's products and been pleased so far with their value and quality.

For health reasons, I have been consuming 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in my coffee every single day for at least five years. It is a big hassle to travel with regular coconut oil, and in winter months you have to melt it first, etc. Also, I needed to lose weight, and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil contains a whopping 42 grams of fat- nearly 400 calories! I wanted to see if a powdered coconut oil could give me the benefits but cut down on my fat and calories. SUCCESS! This product, which has NO COCONUT TASTE (thank goodness!), seems to provide the concentrated benefits of coconut oil! I have been using 2 scoops on my coffee, and it blends right in with a frother, comes out creamy and delicious, AND I have cut the fat and calories almost in half by switching to it! It's so easy to use and transport, being a powder, and really is wonderful! I hope they never stop making it! Really wish they offered it on Subscribe and Save, since I use one 2lb jar every month!

Fantastic product! I started using Nutricost COP as part of my Ketogenic regimen instead of putting melted coconut butter in my morning protein shake or coffee to add calories. Must say, adding the melted butter, while popular with many people, did not agree with me, plus it added steps to melt, etc. I thought I'd try the Nutricost product and not only was it a far better choice, the flavor was actually superior to cream or half and half in coffee!I'd highly recommend this product; it's simply wonderful, tastes great, provides a healthy fat source and there's one more thing: For those of you who have struggled getting powders to mix properly, you won't have that problem with Nutricost COP. For coffee, simply add about half a teaspoon (you may want more but a little goes a long way) to a cup, add a bit of coffee, stir, then add the rest of your brew. Presto! It's ready to go.I hope you will enjoy this excellent product as much as I do!

We like this to lighten up our coffee and tea. Dissolves easily and tastes fine, not overwelming.

Edit on additional purchases:I will continue to purchase this product. In addition to using it for coffee creamer I've used it for other purposes & really liked the results. I add about a tablespoon to a bowl of broth style soup to make a cream version (particularly good with tomato based) & this is now a a favorite use. I also now use it with hot water in place of milk for making hot chocolate, which is a great option since I've become somewhat lactose intolerant.Original Review below:I'm using this to ensure I get enough healthy fats while I adhere to a rather strict diet to lose weight in order to improve my blood pressure, cholesterol, and physical conditioning. As I'm eating very few meats (and I particularly don't like fatty meats anyway), this really helps. It makes a nice enough coffee creamer, although it does somewhat mask the flavor of the coffee. This container will last me several months since I usually only drink coffee in the mornings.

Love everything about this. Doesn't make anything I use it in taste like coconut. Blends beautifully, even in a milk steamer. New staple in my kitchen and daily routine.

I started using C8 MCT Oil Powder 2LBS (32oz) - 95% C8 MCT Oil Powder for cognitive clarity and that helped immensely. However, the cost was a little painful. I took a break from C8 MCT when we went on vacation to Aruba. I definitely noticed the MCT absence. I read about this (Coconut Oil Powder) and for a little above half the price I decided to try. For clarity of thought, and just plain great taste, this product is equally as good for what I want and need.This product isn't physically as refined as the MCT powder. It requires a little more agitation to dissolve as well. I spoon stir the coconut oil powder while it is still dry and that breaks up the powder well. Even if there are minor clumps that taste is good enough where it is not an issue.The biggest testament to how this works for me was this week I started a new job. I am approaching my mid fifties. I am meeting a lot of new people and I have never been good at remembering names of people I have just met. I remembered more than 80% of the names of people I met this week and was at 100% by Friday. That is something I would not have thought possible 5 month ago. The only other 'mind' supplement I use is 25 mg DHEA per day.I would only hope anyone who may try this would get the results that I perceive.
