I'm assuming you can but probably not by yourself. You may need to bring it to a jewelry repair shop to get it done professionally but they normally charge.

Q: The bracelet link broke after 5 wears- can it be repaired?

I do not know. Depending on how long you have had the bracelet, I would contact the seller first. If they cannot repair the bracelet or exchange it, I would recommend taking it to a jeweler.

Q: I cannot open the clasp -- it is incredibly tight -- can you help?

Some clasps are tough. You can exchange for another one. But they are well made.
