Q: I'm a 32" waist will these work good?

My mother wears them and she is bigger. I think they may be too large for a 32.

The absorbency Seni Active Super Plus is slightly different based on the size. It ranges from 63 to 67oz, but what it really matters when we talk about incontinence products performance is the retention, which we can define as the amount of liquid a product can hold before starting to leak.
