Better than i expected! Very flavorful no weird texture mixes well with other ingredients- fish- chicken - meat.Not bad at all.

More variety in flavor. Even though they were ok taste wise, they pretty much all tasted the same.

These meals are pretty good. Precooked, so they are heat and eat, and have a decent shelf life. Plastic pouch has ziplock feature, so you can reseal it, but somehow some liquids get past during the packaging process, making it a bit messy to open.

I should have paid attention to other reviews. This product is bland, no matter the flavor, three servings per box so carbs are not ideal. You can’t just eat one serving as it’s way too small so you have to eat entire box to feel you had a meal. Too many other options on the market. I will not order this product again.

I like variety and that's what this provides in flavor. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. This offers me an alternative to white rice. I have tried the Schezwan and the Southwest flavors thus far. It was easy to add to sausage and sweet peppers or use as a base with snap peas and soy. I have not been dissapointed. It has given me idea on what I can make with the unflavored versions of this brand.

Product packaging looks like dog food. Lacks taste. Does not look or taste appetizing. Need major re work on this product. Will not buy again

I was sceptical about buying this product as a lot of keto products are tasteless or made with coconut and have a strong coconut flavour. I was pleasantly surprised as this was very tasty. I fried it up in a wok with some added bacon and chorizo and used the 'mediterranean flavour' and it was delicious and filling and I had enough for 2 nights worth of dinner. Will definitely buy again.

I haven't tried all of them yet. I thought it was noodles but it was more of a rice consistency. not bad tho.
