Q: How sensitive is it? does it show any wind flow indoor, e.g., can it tell when the hvac is blowing/sucking air?

Depends on where you take the reading, but in my experience so far, any wind above 0.5-0.8mph it will take a stable reading. In HVAC measurements the airflow volume is probably a much bigger factor than airspeed.

Q: Does this unit also have wind speed unit in MPH? It looks like only km/h, m/s, and knots to me. Will it work on Android version 4.3+?

Yes, it does support MPH, along with knots, kph, m/s and the beaufort scale. The app is compatible with Android version 2.3.x and up, but your Android device must also have decent audio hardware support. Q: Does it work on Samsung S 5 Sport phones

It has an app that you download and works with android and apple phones.
