I scrapped the projeect

The colors and print were just what l wanted so l used it to make seat cushions. The fabric is of very poor quality. It was shipped, folded into a small ziploc bag, which created creases that remain despite ironing with an appropriately heated iron & letting it “relax” unfolded for several weeks. (See photo)It is loosely woven so frays the minute it is cut. The seller used a serger to finish the cut edges (at the cost of 1/2” from the 2 yard cut) so clearly was aware of this.I don’t anticipate these cushions will last very long, which is a disappointment. A similar type of outdoor fabric (much higher thread gcount) that was purchase from Fabric.com in 2020 has been washed & continues to look & perform very well.

The fabric has a nice weight & is a Sumbrella like fabric. The colors are as vibrant as they look online. I made a table runner out of it & it’s beautiful!
