Flavor great, product 90% unusable due to clumping
The flavor on this is amazing. They just need to make a much smaller size. I can only use about 10% of it before the rest turns rock hard and unusable. Even a food processor or magic bullet can't turn this back into a powder once it clumps. Flavor great, longevity no, container size no.

Excellent choice for prime rib rub
If you want to add spice to prime rib this is a great choice. I've also used it for smoked pulled pork, baked chicken breast, etc. I have yet to find something it doesn't do well with.
