In the summer or when it's over 90 degrees, it's probably best to order directly from Cultured Foods. My experience with them went much better than with a different seller even with postal delays. I was kept informed on the exact delivery date and received it when they said I would.I've visited their website and it's clear the owner, Donna, is patient about all things fermented.My first batch came out exactly how it is supposed to so their cultures are very viable! I appreciated having the culture bundled with the Prebiotic because that is needed to feed the bacteria. Overall, super excited to try this and meet my gut goals!

I reached out to the seller with detailed email describing the process. I tried many different ways to make a yogurt out this product, but it was not possible. In return I got a long list of things that i may of did wrong, loose lead, certain temperature etc. I made yogurt before without a special pot, special milk etc.Why not include the long list of the products needed to be able to make the yogurt out of this.By adding all the special items needed and the cost of this product it seems not very cost effective to buy this at all.
