I got a sharpener included but that was with the giant packs of 18, so I don’t know.

If used as watercolour can it then be written over once dry?

Yes, it can be written over with a pencil or Biro pen or similar. I imagine if you write over it with a 'wet' pen like a felt tip, it may transfer.

From what age is this product suitable for?

According to Stabilo, pencils are not suitable for children under 36 months, so from 3yrs +

They are very thick. I sharpened with a pen knife!
