Artists' Soft Oil Pastels Professional, 48 Assorted Colors, Vibrant and Blendable

I purchased a set on a whim because it is so inexpensive. I love them. They are creamy, affordable, and the colors are fabulous. I am over 70 with arthritic hands and I can blend them with ease. They do seem to cure overnight and dry out a bit. . After one day, I ordered the 72 piece set. That’s how much I like them. This set is fine for a beginner. They give the feel of working in pastels or oils with minimal cleanup, no toxicity or odors.. Set up requires opening the box and getting a damp paper towel and some Q tips. Blick’s website rates them as nontoxic. Light fastness is poor. You can fix this by framing with UV protective glass, should you produce a masterpiece. You will run out of white quickly. Order this from Jerry’s Artarama. Or just get a different brand. If you are a beginner you will enjoy using 2 or 3 colors in one spot and possibly blending. . Certainly worth $20. Far more expensive at Jerry’s. I’m assuming this has to do with tariffs, so grab these.

An EXCELLENT set of pastels, and especially so for the price!! If you purchase, you will be extremely happy with the variety and intensity of colors, as well as the variety within each hue. For example, the set includes SEVEN shades of Blue and SIX shades of red. All of them have fantastic pigmentation, are very soft and creamy, and lay down smoothly and easily. For the price I paid, I was very surprised and elated over the quality and variety of beautiful colors. I highly recommend these - you, too will be very happy and pleased with your purchase!!

I love them sooo much!!!! Wow! They're very soft and creamy, but in the middle, not hard or too soft. They really blend and mixable each other, and you can make details with them. I love the colors in these palette! I recommend these if you are student or Artist! Note: I want to show these beautiful pallet, but Amazon app not allows me to do it.

Pretty good set, they are buttery. Just the palette colors are not towards portraits, it's most general selection. But I will patch the needed ones with individuals sennelliers

I bought this set because of the different colors it had. Mungyo Gallery set of 48 assorted color soft oil pastels, for $20.98. It arrived in a box with a lid and each oil pastels in their own individual place in a plastic tray inside of the box. The whole box slips into another cover box. They arrived in an amazon box that had the bubble wrap to protect it from slipping around in the bigger box. The Oil pastel box itself was cover tightly with a plastics wrapping to keep the box itself from opening. They are bigger than a regular crayon which is nice. They look to be clean. The go on to the paper smoothly. They blend well. Can't wait to use them and try them on various type of paper as well as blend them with different techniques. I would recommend these. They are very nice and of good quality. For $21 dollars with a variety of 48 assorted color I would say that it is a reasonable price to pay. Anything more would be too high. Unless it has double the colors. I believe this is a well made product. It doesn't smell like some brands. An I would highly recommend this product to not only beginners but to seasoned artists. Great for any Artist's workshops/studios. Great product. Thank you.

Veel zachter dan ander merken, blenden ook goed. het is geen Sennelier oil pastel (die zijn nog zachter) maar in deze prijs categorie heb ik niet beter gevonden
