It fits really well, the top part is looser where it is thinner but holds its shape well and much better than I thought it would be. Would recommend for anyone looking for a full silicone skin. Added thumb stick protectors are nice

This is quite strong, chunky silicone, not as flimsy as I was expecting and it does offer some pretty good protection. Being quite chunky you do notice the difference in your hands in terms of size and weight, but you get used to it in a few minutes. The thumb grips are also quite nice with a textured top section and the silicone is a little tougher than silicone thumb grips I use on my switch. I personally like the original thumb sticks enough and so I didn't put these on, but they're good and I think a lot of people will like them a lot compared to the original and definitely compared to cheap little plain silicone sets you can buy.Putting the case on you do have to be a bit rough, but the case can take it and once you slip it more or less into place, it's nice and easy to jostle round until it sits on all the cutouts perfectly. I like the dark grey colour and having a small dog and cat around that like to knock all my things off the coffee table or sofa, I appreciate the protection it offers as I always have thought the Steam Deck does feel a little bit fragile. The silicone has a matt effect and it isn't super sticky or grippy, but it does offer you a better grip than without it.Overall I like this, it offers good peace of mind without adding anything negative really. it still fits nicely in the case and fits all the cutouts perfectly. If you did just want it for travelling or taking out and about it is also pretty quick and easy to take on and off, though to be honest, I got used to having it on so quickly that I'd probably just leave it on for good now.

I have been looking for a good quality silicone case for my deck for a while and this has ticked all the boxes.The fit is near perfect or at least it doesn't cover any of the vents or interfere with the buttons. Feels good to hold and looks great. The cap covers are also a welcomed bonus as I have been looking for way to protect the joy sticks for a while. They fit snug, feel nice to use and don't effect the gameplay at all.The only thing with silicone cases is they attract bits of dirt. It is very easy to wipe off with a bit of water on a paper towel. Given the choice I still prefer soft cases to the hard plastic versions that might scratch the deck's shell.Also wroth noting that the instructions state this case is not compatible with the official steam deck dock. I can't confirm this, but I have tested this with several other 3rd party steam deck docks and all have fitted the deck and case no problem.The slight bugbear is the price. At the time of writing the case with thumb stick caps costs £18 which is average for steam deck cases. I have seen cheaper, but they do vary with what materials are used. As silicone cases go, this is the best one I've seen so far and one I intend to use for the foreseeable future.Very pleased with the product - exactly what I have been looking for in a steam deck case.

This protector is a lot better than I first thought after getting it out the box. It's very fiddly to put on and I was worried about the tension as you're pulling it over, but once it's on it fits quite well. Perhaps ever so slightly loose on the top bar but to be honest, you'd probably want this as I can see bits of dust getting caught under it so being able to move it easily helps to clean it.You're going to want to have a screen protector on first if you decide to get one. It doesn't come with one, and I originally bought one but were useless (nothing to do with this product though) so now I'm questioning how I'm going to get it off easily when I do get a screen protector coming.It should add minor protection from drops, but not a great deal. It will protect against scratches (except for the screen and exposed parts of course) and should help keep your deck in decent condition.Overall I'm happy with it. It's a small price to pay to keep an expensive device safer. At £17.99 it's reasonable.

My previous Steam Deck silicone case sadly wouldn't allow proper use of my 3rd party Steam dock - the angled connector wouldn't fit over the case.This fantastic case however, has taken care of that issue whilst offering good protection for the Steam Deck.The grey case is a good, sturdy silicone rubber, which provides quite a snug fit. There's no gaps around the screen or button/thumb stick areas and it looks aesthetically pleasing.There's textured grip areas to the sides of the case, just where you need them and the case as a whole is very comfortable to hold.There's 2 excellent coloured thumb grips included with the case, which is a great addition - I've chosen not to use these as of yet though as I currently have some on.As you can see in my photos, all vents are kept clear on the case and buttons are easily accessible.Overall I'm really happy with this case and I can use it with my dock! It's definitely worthy of 5 stars!

This steam deck silicone case is easier to put on and take off than a vinyl sticker and protects the front much more than some of the plastic shell cases out there.It also has the advantage of fitting inside the Dock, both the official dock and third party ones have been tested and work fine.The machine doesn’t heat up any more than usual with this on and it feels more grippy. The only thing I would have liked is a greater choice of colours and perhaps some themed pattern ones but the grey is surprisingly good looking when fitting against the black Steam Deck anyway.
