Can not say how much I love Anne of Green Gables, and this is one of those films which scare you because you find yourself shouting at the TV screen alongside the characters and talking to yourself about how awesome it is! Such a good film to watch on a Sunday afternoon with a hot drink that will leave you smiling

The best version of this lovely tale there is, Megan Follows is just right as Anne, portrays her as no other actress can.

An outstanding film with a fine cast. I had it on video and was anxious to replace it on DVD. It was fully up to expectation

This is listed as Region 1 so be careful if your DVD player will not play this region. My Blue-ray player plays it well.The sound quality is OK. My wife wanted to see this old TV series and this gave her the opportunity.
