I am trying to use less plastic and these work great for scrambling eggs!

Handy for scraping cast iron pans with no damage . I use it for everything ! I just hand wash it in a few seconds .

One pair was well matched (color) and the other was two different colors. It may not matter to you, unless you are using them for serving salad. They should be a great alternative to plastics in the kitchen. Cooking utensil:Non plastic cooking utensils to use in cookware that could scratch easily. Very versatile.

I used one of this to get chrystalized honey out of a bucket as well as to stir fry veggies. they are very sturdy and gentle on my stainless steel pans.
