Reliable and the size is perfect.

Bought for my mother as an email/casual gaming desktop replacement; was never carried around, only opened and closed a few times a day. After 3 months the frame near the right hinge distorted with a loud crack. I reported it to Lenovo noting it's casual usage and here is a relevant excerpt of their response:"Upon checking on your issue, this kind of damage is something that we can consider as physical damage or an accidental damage on the computer. The current warranty entitlement of the machine registered appears to be a standard warranty only, which means it only covers the hardware failures on the machine. When a warranty is identified to be standard, it means it does not actually cover any kind of physical or accidental damage.This damage on the PC does not void the warranty entitlement and as an option, we can still offer warranty claim and have this machine repaired; however, this is going to be a billable repair, our technicians will send the billable quotation after diagnosing the extent of damage. Furthermore, the repair will only proceed once the charges has been settled. With regards to the estimation of the price, we cannot exactly drop a specific amount as it will depend on the technicians who will be working on the computer."

First of all i liked just when it arrived on the 3rd of jan.2023 but was originally scheduled to arrive between the 6th and the 11th of this here month and was i very happy then let me tell you now i am still trying to get full use of its many new features in it but eventually i will no doubt about it now didnt have any trouble setting it up period now it was a cinche to me overall i had got this with my gift card cause it really paid off nicely yeah!

Computer comes preloaded with a bunch of spyware. Spent the first 3 hours with the computer trying to remove the built in spyware and invasive applications. Buy at your own risk.

Got a used one. Not satisfied with the product. Felt cheated

Used for daily correspondence and bill payments. Computer was not able to load the operating software.

La laptop esta super, llego en excelentes condiciones, todo bien, pero el rendimiento del procesador no era lo esperado, el consumo me parece alto para un equipo nuevo

It's always updating and shutting down on me in the middle of things 😒 even when I clicked do not restart .... It has lost all my work progress because of the updates ... I was late to a team's meeting ... it's ridiculous and the updates take forever
