Lovely taste
Sceptical purchase but taste was amazing, I had to try it raw first not garlicy at all more a hint and then balsamic tasting. Blended with some mayonnaise it was a perfect garlic mayo dip with a French mustard colour just perfect

Adds a lovely twist to normal garlic, great flavour
First bought on the Isle of Wight and loved it. Was gutted when it ran out so absolutely thrilled to find it on sale on amazon. I use it instead of normal garlic in most things now as it adds a lovely rich flavour without the strong smell.

Nothing venture nothing gain
I love garlic and have seen a lot written about black garlic cloves. But what do they taste like? I thought. Only one way to find out - buy some and eat some! It seemed a lot for a small looking pot but then if I didn't buy some I would never know what they taste like. So I bought a pot which was smaller than I imagined - very tough plastic and needed assistance with the kitchen screwdriver to prize the lid off. And the taste? Watery and tasteless. No taste whatsoever and the texture - soft and mushy. Well now I do know what it tastes like. Nothing. Expensive nothingness.
