I've been using the light therapy pad for three weeks and it has helped relieve much of the pain I have in my ankle and shoulder. The instruction manual included with the unit is more like an advertisement brochure. I reached out to the company for instructions regarding the different levels, but the information they emailed to me was still insufficient. They need to include better instructions regarding the different light levels and how to best use the pad. There should also be care instructions and what to use to clean it. The information that came with the pad shows people fully clothed using the pad, however, nowhere does it inform the user that red light therapy does not go through clothing and should be used on bare skin.

Unfortunately for me as well, 10 months in and lights stopped working. For hundreds of dollars, I believe I paid (6 or 7 its cheaper now) it's a sting.

Stopped working after a year. Don't waste your money. Buy a better one for a little more.
