Good Wooden Risers
It is what it says it is. Definitely real wood, as I had to make the hole slightly bigger with a dremel to fit my couch legs. The size they advertise is correct, I just couldnt find ones that were wide enough without being too tall or looking bad.

Excellent product!
My bed is a short legged futon. These risers really make a positive difference. So much easier to get in or out of bed. They are solid wood and nicely finished. Much nicer than the hollow plastic risers.

A worthwhile purchase.
I used them to raise a 2 seat couch 4 inches. They are very sturdy and when installed the couch was quite stable. Nicely made and the non-slip pads work well. Good value.

Good if you dont accidentaly knock accidentaly hit the table 1cm.
These work really good but when I barely hit the table with my back I hear the most loud and scary noise ever and it is my table made of extinked wood tumble over but luckily it did not break.

These are dangerous
I looked at a lot of risers before I finally purchased these. They are made of solid rubber wood which according to my googling is used in the manufacture of furniture. They are a nice weight and the included pads installed easily. They are not a match for my furniture but blend in nicely with it. Since I get around in a wheelchair I could not install them myself. Today 2 friends installed them for me. Because of the protective pads on the bottom of the risers, I warned them that they had to place them where the sofa would be used; they would not be able to scoot it into place afterward. The 4 corner risers were easy enough to place but the 2 center legs were a little more difficult. Sure enough, one of my friends noticed that they had moved the sofa a little in getting them placed. He moved it back into place and, as he did so, the sofa promptly fell off most of the risers. They got them placed under the legs again and managed to do it with the sofa in place. He turned to move the lamp back in place and his leg brushed against the sofa arm. It was not a hard hit, just a brush but it was enough to knock it off the risers again. They got them placed for the 3rd time, making sure to center them but I am not convinced that centering them will make any difference.Nowhere in the product description, not even on the slide with the product measurements, did I find any mention of how deep the cup on the top was. It is only 3/8" deep. Basically the leg of the furniture is balancing on top of the riser with nothing to secure it in place. And I can't figure out any way I can change that.I live alone. I can transfer back and forth between my furniture and my wheelchair but I've been looking at that sofa all day and I'm afraid to try sitting on it. If the sofa falls off the risers when I try to sit or get up, I will not be able to stand up by myself.
