Update (12-30-2024):Unlike other people said, their customer service, response time, and handling were very friendly, super fast, and awesome.Even though the warranty was requested during holiday season, their handling was outstanding.After some testings, the replacement I received had zero problem.There was no problem with charging by both solar and ac.All the sockets work perfectly and now I can cut my dog's hair at anywhere I want again woohoo~!Only small problem with the replacement is the color.The replacement is black instead of the beige and now all my belongings are black and dark lol.As promised, they honored the warranty and now they deserve my five stars.------previous review---------Update (12-9-2024):This review will be deleted and re-posted with 5 stars upon receiving a fixed one.For now, I increased its rating from 1 to 3 stars because their response was super fast and straight forward compare to all other brands I have dealt with.I understand that I am not the only customers in the world but yet they reply back right away and there was no wasting conversation but straight forward to proof of purchase and symptoms + evidences/supporting video.Unlike other reviews, so far their customer service is solid and awesome.Tip for other customers: amazon message system will automatically delete personal info such as email, so google their company or find it on the manual if you have any concerns like I had.Good luck all!-----------Previous Review------------Personal Rec: Do not buy until they fixed the problem.This product shorted out way too often when it was alive.I lightly used it for hair clipper (5-8w) for my dog, charging smartphone (5w) and occasional tire pressure (80w). However, it still shorted out often and battery drop from 99% -> 0% or 5%.Lastly, I like the design, color and all the inclusive wires compare to other brand.Hope it was stayed alive until the battery life as they advertised for and like other brands.It's time for me to test their warranty/customer service.Depends on their response, review + rate will be adjusted.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this All Powers R600 power station for maybe 6 months, using it sparingly (maybe three times). I fully charged it from 96% before I left home a week ago. I powered it on, plugged in 2 phones in the USB-C ports. It indicated both were charging annd seconds later, the unit just cut off, no code, nothing. No lights, no response, I’ve pressed the reset button several times, even held it down 20 seconds, nothing. I’ve held the power button 20 seconds or more. It appears to be dead and there is 0 (ZERO) information available online for what to do if this happens.I’m writing this review as I am not sure if there is a fix for this issue, but the information available online is absolutely USELESS. The owners manual only offers solutions for codes, but what do you do if your unit dies completely?It says to contact All Powers and there is only an email available or you can use the form to submit an email on their website. I’ve done both since the company has neglected to consider the unit DYING. Maybe it is dead and there is no solution. For now, I have a very expensive paperweight.Thank you.(update) Allpowers is refusing to fix/replace the unit until I produce and upload a video of my expensive paperweight, so I’ve gone through the trouble of recording a video of proof that the unit is unresponsive, no lights, no error code, nothing. We’ll see how long it takes to resolve this issue. Mind you, I really liked this unit until it stopped working so I’m not bashing it. Maybe I just ended up with a lemon. I just want Allpowers to provide good customer service and promptly replace the bad unit I purchased.

Sometimes you come across an item that is built and functions exactly how you expect, good or bad. Well, this portable power station caught me off guard...it just works, and does it in a quality package.I only bought this beige unit because it was so much cheaper than the gray/blk counterpart. Same exact model for 120 less. That's enough to pick up that super nice EBL 100w folding solar panel with the holiday discounts.So much attention to detail, like the door that opens to expose the charging source inputs to the use of flat head allen screws and the soft flip carrying handle. They could've easily cheaped out on this unit, like so many others do. Even the color is uniform between all of the panels and parts.Get this while it has these big discounts, I guarantee you'll smile about well spent money.

Works well, good thing to have around.
