The media could not be loaded. After the order, I received 1 of the 2 boxes four days later, which was really quick! The first box is really long and kind of heavy. It will have the fireplace surround and mantel in it. Instructions were great and everything is labeled and comes with a hex-key. Both boxes came packaged very well. I put the fireplace surround together by myself on my lunch hour (I work from home) I did have to wait another week before I would receive the fireplace box. A couple of tips, when putting it together, do it on a hard surface and as the fireplace standing (not laying on the floor). The good thing about having to wait a week for the fireplace box to arrive is it allowed the wood to acclimate. This meant that prior to placing the firebox in the surround, I tightened all of the hex nuts again and because it aclimated, I could get 2-3 more turns tighter. That helped with those corners coming together. Be aware, the surround has a faint paint "pattern" (pic) to give it a textured look from a distance. You dont notice it unless you are really close up. The wood/particle board does off gas a little if you are sensitive to that, not alot though. The tv in the pics for reference is a 65". The mantle is nice and deep real wood. Im so happy with this purchase because I was going to pay someone to build me a fireplace but this saved me a few grand! And it looks like it is a built in! When watching tv, the quality of the flames and logs are awesome. I am in AZ, its nice that I have the option to use the heat with the flames. It heats up quickly and isnt loud, you can hear it but its not where you will need to turn the tv up. When the heat is turned off it will continue to blow for a few mims to cool itself down. I am VERY happy with this purchase and it truely looks amazing!!!

The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is everything I’d hoped it would be and more! The look is simple but brings a lot of cozy warmth to my living room. It has different flame color settings which are so fun for my kids. It shipped faster than expected. It was light enough for my husband to carry by himself and took him no time to assembly and get it up and running. I was also pleased with the company as there was a price change less than 24 hours after I bought, which they honored for me. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Such a beautiful electric fireplace! I was longing to buy it and made the right choice! It adds so much beauty to my living room! The size is exactly what I was looking for as I did t wanted too big for my TV (65”) . The Flame effect and heat output is just as I wanted! The remote has several settings to choose from .

We are in love with this fireplace! Easy to put together except the corner piece which was a bit of a challenge trying to make it aligned as the pre-drilled holes are just a bit off, so we have a tiny gaps on the outer corners. Colors are perfect with our house decor. The mantel looks like real wood in every details! The fireplace works well but feel like it doesn’t that warm. We turned them on at 71 degree and have to stand in the front to feel it. Some damage on the top piece from packing staples, but not that noticeable if not looking closely. Overall totally recommended!

Absolutely beautiful fireplace. Everything I was hoping it would be to elevate my living room. Was pretty easy to put together also. Took about an hour. It is pretty heavy.

Positives: the quality is good and it looks greatNegatives:-the color is more gray than beige or tan (as you can see compared to our white wall) , so I wasn’t a fan of that being as it looks off.-the assembly.. trying to get everything exactly lined up is IMPERATIVE or there will be gaps and not look right-there were no pre made holes to attach the actual electric fireplace to the frame, even with a drill trying to get the screws to grip was impossible, I spent an hour on one side and the other side wouldn’t budge, so if you look close enough you can see a 1 inch gap between the frame and the fireplace.BUT compared to the cost of a custom fireplace, I still think it’s worth it

You get what you pay for!! We are obsessed. It looks like a legit fireplace and you can use it with or without heat. So happy with our purchase
