Great product

Really crap quality. It needed three hinges because of the cantilever weight but doesn't provide you enough fixtures. The hinges are terrible quality and the pins securing the hinge in place doesn't even fit, nor will the hinge close when installed. The sag of the door on the hinges is massive. The quality is shocking. Chips, scratches, dents, gouges everywhere. The install was horrendous as I had to make my own cutouts for the third hinge which ended up not doing a damn thing. The look is so so.

This is not the easiest cafe door to install. First the included molly/screw hardware to mount the door post is VERY large and requires about a half inch hole drilled into your door jamb. I opted to use 3" deck screws and washers instead. The first photo shows the included hardware at the top and the screw/washed I used below. The second photo shows the screw and washed installed. I also drilled three additional holes in the door post and mounted the post with a total of five screws. The second major issue was that the hinges were too tall to fit in the pre-cut opening in the door post as shown in the third photo. I used a wood hasp to enlarge the opening so the hinges would fit and swing freely.Installing the door is really a two person job but if you must do it alone you can prop the door to the height you want and then use clamps to hold it in place as you drill the hinge mounting holes as shown in photo 5. Another issue is the tiny pins that are provided in the kit for holding the hinge springs at the proper tension. The pins were too small for me to hold properly so I substituted longer 3mm machine screws. Photo 6 shows the included pins on the right and the longer machine screws on the left. Photo 7 shows one of the machine screws installed in the tensioning hole. The final two photos show the installed door to our laundry room from the inside and the outside.We are happy with the final results and the look of the door but it was quite a struggle to install. It is doable, but you may need to adapt things to your particular situation.

The door is well built and the hardware is heavy duty! Only drawback was the lack of instructions on how to tighten the spring, fortunately I had dealt with similar hardware and got it figured out.

We have a door that swings to let people in. If I went to a persons to install a new one it would have been triple. I purchase this and it is well built and stands the use in a commercial office. A very good product.

The box was reused, the joints were broke, the door was smashed on corners, no instructions, and did not work! Not worth the money. Big scam! Buyer beware!
