So this “ fast” was a nice surprise! The packaged food, which can be iffy, was actually nice, I love the olives. I think it’s totally the way to go if you need to fast. I have crohns and my gut can be pretty intolerant of foods/bars, none of these irritated my gut which is wonderful. Lastly, it makes a fast doable because of the small meals. I would recommend. The 3 day fasting is not worth, the investment or the time. The selection of soups Amazon are sending are boring to say the least, same to say about the fasting bars. I've tried the 5 days fasting where the selection of the food(soups and fasting bars) was more interesting.I'd recommend 5 days Prolon.

Misleading. The picture in the description for the 3 day fast (what’s on the menu) shows tomato soup and butternut squash soup. I just opened my kit to begin today and the two soups (for ALL 3 days) are green peas and chickpea leek soups. The fast was already going to be difficult, but at least I enjoy tomato and butternut squash soups.. now I’m going to barely be able to stomach forcing down disgusting flavored soups. I would not have purchased this if those were the two flavors advertised. Beware!*Edited because the company is sending replacement soups. I do think they need to change the description in the pictures though to lessen confusion!

Easy to follow instructions

I preferred this as a way to assist in fasting. I figured this would only enhance the fasting experience and keep me energized. The taste is awful. The soups smell ok but taste like strained sewage water. Clumpy and difficult to dissolve. A choice of flavor would have been beneficial.The supplements also leave a lingering taste even after several hours. Be prepared to either love that taste or deal with it. You cannot eat anything to cover the taste up and the only thing to look forward to is getting through the kit(s).This kit left my stomach upset as well. I think it was due to the supplements. The actual food items didn’t seem to have anything to upset my stomach but the taste of the supplements left my stomach in knots. I can attribute a lot of that to the algae oil.If you want to try something new, try something else. Spend your money on another kit because this is not what you are looking for.

I think it's fantastic! I've been on a plateau in my weight loss year-long journey. But yesterday's first day fast worked despite pigging out on cookies late last night. I'm back on the fast and will definitely get this product again. Probably the 5-day plan.

I have only done the 3 day reset twice now and I have to say, I have high praises for it! I have tried lots of different cleanses/reset diets and so far this is one of my top favorites! I did not experience much hunger at all and I noticed high energy levels on the last day and day after! The only small negative effect I experienced was mild headaches (I think from the lack of caffeine) but otherwise I felt great!! I lost about 2-3 lbs both times too! I loved the soups and olives!! If I could change one thing, it would be the kale crackers😝. I will definitely incorporate this program whenever I need a jump start!!!
