Doesn't work
Not the most comfortable fit even though I heated it and did exactly as the instructions said and this is not my first wear of a mouth guard my husband said it has not improved my snoring at all

Simple yet effective
Very happy with this snoring mouth guard. It's lightweight, doesn't hinder breathing, and has stopped my snoring. My sleep is more restful, and I wake up feeling refreshed. Couldn't be happier!

When it stays in it is great
The docs with this are minimal, which doesn't help.Molding process is easy, when you work out what you are doing and get them the right way up, and mold in well helping with your fingers. V important not to get too hot or it ends up brittle which can lead to jagged edges in your mouth.Caring for it is also important, I clean daily and keep in water - seems to keep it softer and not dry/get brittle.So when in and I am set snoring is pretty much gone. My wife hates the look, but appreciates the quiet.Because they are 1 size fits all they are not perfect - I do have them fall out sometimes. But for the money I can deal with that.

Good value and effective
Easy to mould into shape. Took a few days to get used to. Mouth was a bit sore initially but soon got used to how to sleep with it in. Works about 80% of the time…according to my wife!

Too hard and hurts teeth
I tried this as the one I bought previously from Snooze Pals worked so well I wanted a cheaper one. Big mistake. The rubber is so hard it doesnt mould to the mouth when heated. It did stop me snoring but had really painful teeth and jaws. Back to snooze pals, you get what you pay for.

This mouth guard has been a game changer. Not only has it significantly reduced my snoring, but it's also improved my sleep quality and that of my partner. It's comfortable to wear, easy to clean, and I noticed results from the very first night.

Great Mouthpiece!
I wasn't sure at first as the previous snoring devices I tried didn't make a difference but this one actually works. This has stopped me from snoring and finally no more complaints from my partner!
