The first thing I'd like to say is that this very cute canine is a husky and not a wolf. Wolves do not have blue eyes, huskies and other domesticated dogs do. With that behind us, I ordered this mama husky plushy because the whole puppies stored inside of her idea was just too fun to miss out on. Sure, it is meant as a kids toy and we are a house of adults but like I said, she's too cool. Mama and babies arrived vacuum-sealed so it took some time after unpacking for them to fluff up as far as they were going to. Mama seems to be fairly well constructed with different plush textures for the different colors of her fur. Her nose and eyes are plastic and are well attached to her face. Her paws have been overstuffed so she can sit upright. The only odd thing is the flap of 'fur' that is attached to her neck and hangs down between her front legs. I'm thinking about tacking it down so it at least looks like it belongs. The puppies are stored inside mama and can be removed via a zipper in her back. When the puppies are taken out mama kinda collapses in on herself but she can be propped up a little bit. The puppies are all different with various colors and sitting positions. They are less detailed than mama but they do all have plastic eyes and noses like mama does. I found a few loose threads etc. on the puppies but no open seams or unfinished spots. Overall I would say that this is a fun and cool concept and even though this set of plushies is play quality I still think that they are enjoyable anyway...
