After you have tried other things that didn't work
Didn't know this was what I needed- until I looked at my old sneakers. They are all worn off on the outside of the heel. I have been using these for a month and my knee and ankle pain is gone. I have a long history of injections and wraps that never helped. These feel a bit stiff out of the box, but are exactly the right support.

Comfortable
My husband has a very demanding job and always comes home with back pains but not after buying this. He says it's like walking on air. I wish they was a little cheaper tho.

Not strong enough
The cushions compress as soon as you step in them. They don't hold their form and it makes them pretty useless unfortunately. I would have returned them, but I had to cut them to make them fit in my shoes (I wear a size 6 in women's).

My supination has gotten much worse as I have aged and wearing regular shoes allows my ankles to roll out and I have hurt my ankle several times. These worked perfectly to correct that and I can walk far more normally now. The foam is very dense and holds it's shape which I greatly appreciate. I will purchase again, in fact, I bought one pair and then reordered for another pair of shoes because they worked so well.

Hope it lasts
So far so good, love the fact that it’s more firm them others & hopefully it last longer. I’m a size 7 women so I got the second size from the first one. I heard they run smaller & I’m so glad I got the next size up. Fits perfectly. Well made, there wasn’t any adhesive but it’s not sliding around because it fits perfect. It’s helping my supination well.

They work!
I am knock knee’d. I look like an idiot when I walk it makes me look heavier and it’s starting to be uncomfortable on my hips and feet. I’ll be honest I bought these for vanity reasons because I wanted to change my gate. I bought a couple different kinds I like them all, but these are my favorite. They really are amazing. They’re not expensive so you can try them and see if they work for you but they worked for me and I’m thrilled because I’m a nurse and I put them in my new HOKA’s and made them 1 million times more comfortable for me. They do feel firm. They’re not cushy, but they work.
