The Right Choice
I researched for months, read reviews, and compared price and features. I finally settled on this as my first E-bike and I can't express how happy I am. The bike arrived in good condition with minimal assembly. About 20-30 minutes to get it together, and I took it for a little spin. Make no mistake about it these bikes are heavy, but it felt very sturdy. I've put 37 miles on it this week and I anticipate riding several times a week. Battery life appears in the range claimed by the manufacturer, and speed tracks as well. I got it up to 32mph on flat ground throttle only. The seat is very comfortable for stock and the bike seems designed well so far. I haven't tried folding it, as it appears so heavy that I'd only try that if we were going to the mountains riding in a car. I think I'll bite the bullet and buy a bike rack instead or take the truck. This bike is also pretty big. 34" to the seat. So far this is hands down one of my best Amazon purchases and i highly recommend it. I feel like it's acceptable for a beginner bike with plenty of room to grow into.

Great Bike!
Bike itself is amazing! I had a long wait to get it, exactly 1 week from order was SUPPOSED to be the delivery date. FedEx was the bad egg in that ordeal as it took an extra 4 days after the 1 week delivery date to actually get my hands on it. They missed the delivery and the driver "accidentally" marked it as DELIVERED.As for the actual bike, it runs great and looks amazing! Much bigger than I had expected, but still fits in my 2023 Santa Fe cargo with some extra space still left. I didn't even have to fold the back seats or anything. Putting the bike together was super easy and I did it alone within 30mins. A little heavy at around 80lbs, but not bad. I find the manual very confusing and not easy to understand, but if you have SOME knowledge of how these tech work, you'll figure it out. I fudged around a little and found my way around changing the speed settings and stuff.EDIT: Removed the original complaint about chips in the bike and broken power switch, but customer support has gone beyond appropriate measures to correct the issues. They assured me they do not resell used/returned bikes and compensated me for my troubles as well as sending a new power switch. I removed that part because otherwise this review would be a book. I'm still leaving the pics of the broken switch and the chip on the bike. Everything else I left in above was all part of the original review as well. Rode mostly PA and still full bar battery after couple hours. Awesome!Just to put it out there, about a group of 8 men and women stopped me today to ask about this bike and...they all said they would now buy one after I explained it all and showed them the speed and folding mechanics. I feel like I should get some compensation. 😝😜 I felt like a salesman for the bike, even though I was just excited to show them how it works cuz they said they had been looking for a nice ebike.

Good Looking bike!
It was boxed well. No damage. Very cool bike. Took it for a quick spin and was quite impressed. I live in a very hilly mountain neighborhood and it pulled the steepest hill around 10mph and it's VERY steep and about 1/8 mile long. Brakes work flawlessly. I've only put about 3 miles on it so far being I just got it today. I'm very happy with the fit and finish of the bike. I had ordered a rear bag for it also off Amazon. Nice fit but just really a basic bag which is all I need. Looking forward to putting some miles on it, hopefully uneventful miles! Just to add to my initial review being I for got to push submit. I'm really enjoying riding a bike again! I did have an issue around the 30 mile mark. The headlamp would not turn off. I had to pull the battery out so it would not be on. I contacted the seller and sent them a video and they jumped to the rescue with a new controller and threw in some money to boot. Couldn't ask for better customer service! The brakes on this bike are awesome. Our neighborhood (mountain community) was tar and chipped with tons of loose rock on the surface. I would not even attempt to ride my motorcycle right now, but this bike with the 4 inch tires and exceptional brakes are planted with no hint of loosing traction. Also added a brake light/turn signal/taillamp/alarm which works great!

Enjoying the ride
PROs: * Power and speed; regularly get 28mph but have hit 32mph. * Brakes are solid. * Dual-suspension makes a pretty smooth ride. * Love the unique design; ppl sometimes shout compliments when I ride by. * The packing was done with incredible care; every single component was well-protected. * The User Manual is thorough and well done, assembly was a breeze. * Customer support via email has been prompt and helpful with my questions, though I hate waiting 12 hours for a reply; but given all circumstances they're doing a very good job of it.CONs: * PAS 1-5 is too easy. I tweaked the gears to get a little more resistance and will keep working on it. * Conversely, 0 PAS mode is almost useless - it barely moves, though it could be my 60yo legs; Anyone with this model actually enjoy riding on leg-power only? * Foldability is awkward enough that I gave up the idea of putting it into my RV and installed a heavy-duty bike rack. * Charging takes a long time. * Once the battery meter hits one bar, you immediately feel the power drop significantly.Overall I'm having great fun with it and use it for commuting to work every day.

Great EBike
Sturdy. Rides nice.. I weigh, 350lbs?, goes 25 MPH with no issue. With assistance, from me I can get it to 35mph and I'm disabled... So. The charge hasn't even depleted enough for me to lose a bar, yet.
