Works relatively well, only issues are , 1 it doesn't stay cold as long as similar products, 2. it doesn't come with a bag to place it in the freezer within. If the product was to be revised to resolve these at a similar price id give it 5 stars

Bit of a mixed bag. I have tried a lot of cold caps and despite being very comfortable, and a decent weight for something with gel only in the front, unfortunately it barely works. It's nice and thick and does a good job at blocking out light but it's not fit for purpose. It seems not matter how long you leave it in the freezer it only remains cold for around 10 minutes once you pop it on. Really sad because otherwise it's a lovely piece of kit but it just doesn't work.

Not much give in the fabric and it's really hard to get on and tight. For the price i guess its ok but doesn't stay cold for long at all. I wouldn't recommend unfortunately, spend a little more and get a known branded one

It really does help to relieve the pain. It’s also comfortable to wear. Amazing item worth it to purchase.
