I debated returning this for a while. The tray arrived chipped and it looked like everything had been poorly repackaged and my initial impression was pretty bad.The tray itself needs to be removed if you want to pack a cone, there is no plug for when you don't but the tray is large enough to where its not a problem when I'm manually packing.The cone loader is really neat, however there is no way to catch what doesn't get packed. That said I was using ZZ70s and had no big issue with losing herb.The included grinder is a beast, I'm not sure if its aluminum or steel though I'd lean steel. I wasn't a fan at first, I don't like metal grinders I like my herb fluffy. The grind on this thing is really nice, though. Midway between fluff and grit, just about perfect, and you can grind a LOT at once so you'll have no prob packing multiple cones in short order.The light is very useful when loading, silly otherwise. You can arc is right over and check on your pack as you work. I can't imagine doing it any other way now, I've never had cones this sturdy.Overall a really neat package and unlike anything else I've seen on the market. At a hundo, it seems a little steep though.
