I had used this door lock for over a moth and am really happy with the product. Price is very good and it works nicely. One peace of advise, is that make user your finger print is dry and clean, no creams or wet hand as it will not recognize your finger print.

The app control is fantastic, letting me unlock the door, manage users, add or delete fingerprints, set it to silent mode, and even see who has accessed the door. I ordered this for my wife and I’s room to keep guests out.Unfortunately the quality seemed great but the handle it’s self on the inside of the door is permanently stuck in a downward position. The door will shut but the handle will. It come back up, we are afraid we are going to break it.As for the app and the lock on the door, yes it is great if you are right there to use your finger and you can put multiple prints to be read.But as far as the being able to unlock the door from the app, unless you are connected to the SAME WIFI in the home it will not unlock as well as even if you are most times the Bluetooth will not connect.I was hoping that the value of it would be better than the cheaper, lower quality one we were comparing it too.We love the security of our room being locked but are very disappointed in the item itself. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it.Not sure I would recommend this product to others at this time.

This is the best device that has ever been created. I did prefer the door handle with the fingerprint and manual code entry handle. I purchased it to keep my mother from entering my room (mind u I'm in my 40s & she doesn't live with me). She wants to "help" clean, but I didn't ask for it so I told her that it was to keep my kid from entering my room. I don't have to worry about locking the door behind me for privacy at any time. The installation instructions were fairly easy to understand and to set up. I have noticed that if you're hands are wet or moist, the fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to work so that's why I purchased the combo one. You do have to charge but I have had this since before Thanksgiving and have yet to charge!! Tip: touch finger quickly one time, which will cause handle to "wake up" (blue light) then again touch the scanner quickly a second time to open (green light). Don't over think it, buy it!!

Picked this up to keep the kids out of my office are when not working.Installation was easy and construction seemed durable enough. The setup was a little tricky, but I was able to pair to the app and add two fingerprints. I confirmed they worked and went about my business.Flash forward to a week or so later, and I had not interacted with the fingerprint pad at all since setup. I went to open the door and the sensor never powered on to try to get my print. I opened the app and it wouldn't pair via bluetooth either. I removed the batteries and tested them all - still 4 AAA at full charge, so it wasn't a battery drain issue.Further testing is needed but I may be returning this if it's going to require a reset every time it goes without touch for long periods...Updating my review: These seem to be fine now, just a rough start with two of them not responding shortly after install. They work every time now. Will update for a long term review later.

This keyless door handle protects my son's bedroom door in a fraternity house. When he didn't have one, his space was compromised and damage and theft occurred. Heck of a learning curve! This is a simple way for the door to self lock and make it more difficult to enter.Very easy to install and use app.

Works so good. No one goes in my room anymore. It is so unique to. I love it but the keys don’t look great. I don’t like the shape of them, but they’re still good. The lock is chargeable and it has batteries. That’s the best part.
