Missing parts/horrible directions
I rec'd this & all I heard was parts moving around in the package. Not good. The directions were backwards...have the parts were missing! It was like someone got frustrated...like I was and shoved them back in the box! I needed it for work ASAP & have to try & get parts...this is just Wrong!

Usability. Sturdy.
Haven’t used it yet. Looks like it will work out great. Im going to love it. Good quality and inexpensive. Just the right size. Holds my 155lb frame. Light weight. Comfortable enough.

NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Some hardware was missing. The manufacturer told me they don't send out hardware replacement. I would have to return the item and wait for a replacement instead of mailing me some hardware. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Missing parts
Missing 4 parts: #9 flat wheel washers (the largest flat washers with an outer diameter of 0.78"). The only option seems to be a return. I spent time setting up the seat and just want them to send me the four small parts. It's so difficult to communicate with manufacturer services.
