Works amazing! I had a dress that was folded and stored for more than a year and had stubborn wrinkles. I was able to remove them in about 3 to 5 minutes with this steamer.This also doesn’t take long to warm up. It took about 20 seconds.I was concerned with the steamer leaving an after-smell but it didn’t. My dress wasn’t wet either after using this. I’ll be using this for my trip to Italy, especially since my flight will take about 9 hours and my clothes will get wrinkles. It’s super compact, works with the Italy electric voltage.

This steamer heats up fast, is easy to use, and works well. I've used handheld steamers for many years and was in the market to replace a small one that stopped working.Pros:-Compact design-Ease of use-2 steam settings-Successfully removed wrinkles from silk, cotton, polyester, and linen. Many travel steamers aren't strong enough to fully steam my pants, so this was a win.Cons:-Quite heavy for something that is marketed as a "travel steamer". I ended up putting it in my checked bag for my last 2 trips because of the size/weight-The hot plate where the steam comes out is seriously dangerous. I've never had a steamer with a metal plate on the end, and wouldn't buy another after having this one. It's marketed as an "iron" feature, but just picture the handle of an iron being 2" from the metal plate and then waving it in the air repeatedly. Because of the weight of the steamer head, it naturally is top heavy. Not ideal.-Tons of reviews about the broken steamer head where it attaches to the wand. Now that I've used it, I can see how easily this would happen and I'm expecting the mechanism to eventually fail from repeated twisting.

so far used this for quite few amount of clothes. 1 refill of max water lasts like maybe more than 6 pieces of clothes. It has a dry iron and the steam does not have wet or leak spots on the clothes. It is lightweight. excited to bring it for our next travel. Easy to use, after you turn on just wait for few seconds and you can choose which setting u wanted with just a button. Really does it job fast too, takes care of the wrinkle impressively. I love this!

This item has worked absolutely great for my wife and I when we travel out of town. It works so well we use it at home too all the time. Their customer service is top notch, as the item comes with a 2-year warranty. My steamer head became loose and unusable and their support team sent me a new one right away. I simply went to their site and created a support request explaining that my steamer no longer worked and Jaina from their support team was able to help me out quickly and easily. Excellent product, excellent value.

Great steamer! Bought this for our trip to Italy and it worked perfectly! It’s a little on the heavy/bulky side, but it handles well and I appreciate being able to turn the steamer head either vertically or horizontally. Long cord so plenty or range and it’s dual voltage, so I was able to use it in Europe with a plug adapter with no problems. Love the color combo too!

This is my first steamer and I’m extremely happy with it. It’s easy to use and one pass over a shirt magically eliminates the wrinkles. It’s so much easier than dragging out an ironing board and iron. It’s compact and would be easy to pack.Good purchase! !
