Useless low quality dummy screws
Screws provided are really dummy and useless, 3 screws were broken to half while working. Godrej should look and address this quality issue immediately.

Ease of installing and hassle-free operation.
The overall operation is satisfactory, but I find a defect in the product. Once you lock the door from inside, you can't open it (from inside) if the keyhole is in the vertical position. Therefore, it is very important to always keep the keyhole (outside) in horizontal position. This can be considered as manufacturing defect.

You won't get a non-branded lock at this price. Fitting cost is 299. You will get a call after the item is delivered. I got the next day slot. Professionally done. Happy with the cost and the product.

Very compact and efficient basic lock.
Its a great compact lock and i instaled it myself so its diy compatible if u are relatively handy with a chisel and axo blade. The only draw back is the locking system itself needs getting used to, once mastered its a very good basic lock.
