Terrible Amazon purchase experience damaged products being sent
It's been just 15days of using this it has stopped charging...1) it's not charging2) it's on/off button is not respondingand now the return replacement window is closed so I can't get a replacement nor a refund.... So pathetic Amazon service experience. Never buying anything on amzon again. I thought it was one of pioneering companies due to it's great service and after sakes experience but now it's worse than even mediocre Indian companies.
